We are seeking an experienced Deployment PMO Lead to own wave orchestration, cutover runbooks, command center operations, and BAU handover across a complex transformation program.
Key Responsibilities
- Define scope boundaries, sequencing, entry/exit gates, and rehearsal cadence.
- Build integrated runbooks, execute rehearsals, and run live Command Center operations.
- Manage support models, monitoring, access, triage, comms, and hypercare plans.
- Deliver readiness packs detailing technical status, operational maturity, and residual risks.
- Ensure complete transition with clear acceptance criteria and knowledge transfer.

- Command Center Operating Model & Hypercare Plan

Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- 5+ years of experience in IT PMO, Cutover Management, or Release Engineering within complex, enterprise-grade technology environments.
- Proven experience leading high-pressure command centers, dress rehearsals, and go-live deployment windows across cross-functional teams.
- Strong grasp of ITIL / IT Service Management principles and operational handover expectations.
- Exceptional stakeholder management and problem-solving skills when navigating ambiguity or live incidents.
