About the Client
The client is an elite, high-growth AI pioneer that uses advanced predictive technology to simulate human and market behaviors. Their platform provides global enterprise leadership teams and C-suite decision-makers with crucial foresight, enabling them to validate commercial strategy, refine positioning, and optimize market launch decisions.
They operate with a lean, hyper-focused team structure, stripping away corporate bureaucracy to emphasize rapid execution, full ownership, and high autonomy.
The Opportunity
This is a high-visibility, client-facing commercial strategy role. Acting as the core strategic bridge between the client's leadership and global enterprise clients, the Deployment Lead will own senior client relationships end-to-end. Working closely with executive founders, you will lead high-impact engagements—translating complex client challenges into structured analytical workstreams and presenting simulation-backed strategic recommendations directly to C-level executives (CEOs, CMOs, and heads of strategy).
Key Responsibilities
- Commercial Ownership: Lead senior client relationships from initial discovery and scoping through deployment and long-term partnership expansion.
- Executive Presence: Represent the business directly in front of enterprise C-suite stakeholders with the polish, clarity, and authority needed to drive alignment.
- High-Speed Delivery: Drive structured workstreams independently, turning broad or ambiguous direction into polished, board-ready strategic outputs at speed.
- Cross-Functional Lead: Coordinate across internal commercial, product, and engineering teams to ensure client engagements remain seamless and on target.
- Account Expansion: Proactively identify and scope new engagement opportunities across diverse industries throughout the region.
Candidate Requirements
- Background: 2+ years of experience at a top-tier management consulting firm (e.g., McKinsey, BCG, Bain) or in a strategic operations / growth role within a high-growth tech environment.
- Proven Track Record: Direct experience driving strategic workstreams and managing client/stakeholder relationships—not just executing supporting tasks.
- Thriving in Ambiguity: Highly self-directed operator who can shape unclear, open-ended requests into crisp execution plans without requiring hands-on oversight.
- Analytical & Commercial Rigor: Exceptional ability to structure complex business problems, work fluently with data, and articulate strategic insights powerfully both in writing and in person.
Nice-to-Haves / Bonus Points
- Experience managing commercial, cultural, or cross-border projects across multiple APAC markets.
- Strong background in business, strategy, economics, or general commercial disciplines.
- Track record of managing multi-phase, long-term project lifecycles.
