Key Tasks And Responsibilities
- Overall responsible for Hull & Marine of FPSO including concept development, FEED and project execution as well as necessary operation support as department head
- Responsible for technical and engineering management of new built FPSO hull design (Rapid Framework) applicable to FPSO project to establish the strategy for bid, tender, FEED and project execution
- Line management for entire hull & marine department including contractor staff
- Responsible for providing CAPEX and schedule input for projects including concept development, FEED and execution within Hull & Marine
- Represent Hull & Marine with necessary engagement toward internal and external stakeholders including client, shipyards, etc.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering
- Long relevant experience may replace formal education
- Ideally 10+ years of experience in Oil & Gas industry preferably specializing in FPSOs
- Clear demonstration of experience in managing multi-cultural, multi-location teams
