Responsibilities
- Develop and execute merchandising and sales strategies to meet revenue, stock, and profit targets.
- Manage buying budgets, product mix, inventory levels, sourcing, and supplier negotiations.
- Forecast and analyze trends, and consumer demands across product categories.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and new suppliers.
- Plan procurement, delivery schedules, vendor programmes, and overseas buying trips.
- Drive online store performance and integrate offline-online sales channels.
- Plan and implement promotions, advertising, and visual merchandising.
- Oversee daily operations, sales performance, and cost control.
- Lead, train, and evaluate staff manage manpower planning and performance.
- Prepare and analyze sales, profit, inventory, and budget reports.
- Handle customer service issues and drive service improvements.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and confidentiality standards.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of relevant managerial experience (Managing 20 staff).
- Strong merchandising and analytical skills.
- Excellent negotiation and vendor‑management abilities.
- Proven leadership and team‑management capabilities
