We are looking for motivated and service-oriented individuals to join our team as Dental Surgery Assistants.
No prior dental assisting experience is required as structured training will be provided. Selected candidates will undergo a comprehensive 3-month training program under the guidance of senior dental surgery assistants and dentists.

As a Dental Surgery Assistant, you will support dentists during clinical procedures while ensuring patients feel comfortable throughout their visit.
Responsibilities:
- Assist dentists during dental procedures and treatments
- Prepare treatment rooms, dental instruments, and materials
- Maintain proper sterilisation and infection control standards
- Set up instrument trays and clinical equipment
- Assist in dental radiography procedures
- Support stock ordering and inventory management
- Educate patients on dental hygiene and post-operative care
- Handle patient registration, appointment scheduling, and enquiries
- Perform general administrative and clinic support duties
Requirements:
- Candidates should possess at least GCE N Level or equivalent
- No prior experience required training will be provided
- Willing to learn and work in a clinical environment
- Good teamwork and communication skills
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Able to establish and maintain positive working relationships
- Comfortable with hands-on clinical assisting duties
- Willing to work on a 5.5-day work week
- Able to work rotating shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays when required
Training Program:
- Structured 3-month on-the-job training provided
- Candidates must be willing to commit to the training program and role requirements
