Able to commit to 5 days variable shift work (4 weekdays + 1 weekend per week )
Minimum qualification diploma and above (at least 1 year of working experience as a Dental Assistant or a diploma in Dental Nursing (National Board of Dental Nurse) will be an added advantage)
Candidates without relevant experience but with strong will to learn and passion to excel is welcome to apply
Job Responsibilities
Assists our dental surgeons efficiently in all clinical and dental treatment
Be able to anticipate requirements of dental surgeons
Ensure the comfort of patients throughout treatment
Be able to anticipate patient's needs and care requirements
Prepare materials, dental instruments and equipment as required
Processes contaminated instruments and equipment in accordance with practice procedures
Ensure high standard of infection control and sterilization
Be aware of and adheres to front office policies and procedures
Maintains appropriate level of supplies in treatment room and sterilization area
Propose new ideas for improvement projects
Other related duties include casting of models and handling of lab cases
Take initiatives to improve things around you for the best interest of the practice and patients
Potentials to be trained as a treatment coordinator
Salary negotiable; according to years of experience and qualifications, range from S$2,500 to S$3,350
