Happy Teeth Family Dental is a modern, technology-driven family dental practice dedicated to providing comprehensive, evidence-based care in a warm and welcoming environment.

We invest in advanced digital dentistry, including iTero Lumina intraoral scanning, CBCT & OPG imaging, EMS Airflow Guided Biofilm Therapy and diode lasers, allowing our clinicians to deliver high-quality, efficient and patient-centred treatment.

Role Description

The Dental Surgeon will provide comprehensive clinical dental services, including examinations, diagnosis, treatment planning and the delivery of restorative and surgical procedures. Day-to-day responsibilities include performing preventative dental care, basic and complex restorstive work, oral surgery and extractions, managing dental emergencies, coordinating care with dental assistants and hygienists and ensuring high standards of infection control and patient safety.

The role also involves educating patients on treatment options, post-operative care and preventive dental practices, while maintaining accurate clinical records and adhering to regulatory requirements. This is a part-time, on-site role based in Singapore, requiring availability that aligns with the clinic's operating hours and patient scheduling needs.

Qualifications

  • Strong foundation in dental care, with the ability to diagnose and manage a wide range of oral health conditions.
  • Proficiency in treatment planning to provide appropriate corrective and preventive dental interventions.
  • Advanced skills in oral surgery, including extractions and minor surgical procedures, with a focus on patient safety and comfort.
  • Recognized dental degree and valid license (full or conditional registration) to practice dentistry in Singapore.
  • Relevant clinical experience as a Dental Surgeon in a family or general practice setting.
  • Commitment to evidence-based practice, continuous professional development, and adherence to ethical and regulatory standards.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a diverse, team-based environment.
  • Strong attention to detail, time management skills and the ability to handle busy clinical schedules.
