Dental Lab Technician

Key Responsibilities

• Fabricate full and partial dentures from start to finish
• Set denture teeth with proper occlusion, aesthetics, and function
• Perform waxing, flasking, processing, finishing, and polishing of dentures
• Repair, reline, and adjust existing dentures as required
• Read and interpret prescriptions and instructions from dentists
• Ensure all work meets quality standards and delivery timelines
• Work closely with dentists and internal team to achieve optimal patient outcomes
• Maintain cleanliness and proper handling of lab equipment and material

Requirements

• Preferably with a Diploma in Dental Technology if not, at least 2 years of relevant Dental Technician experience
• Strong knowledge of denture fabrication processes and materials
• Good understanding of occlusion, articulation, and dental anatomy
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• High attention to detail and quality control
• Good communication and teamwork skills
