DENTAL CLINIC MANAGER

Job Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth clinic workflow
• Lead, schedule and supervise front desk & dental assistant team
• Ensure excellent patient service and handle feedback/complaints
• Manage billing, cash reconciliation and basic reporting
• Monitor inventory, order supplies and liaise with vendors
• Ensure compliance with clinic SOPs and MOH regulations

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Business, Healthcare or related field
• 2-5 years of clinic/healthcare management experience (dental preferred)
• Strong leadership, communication and organizational skills
• Customer-service oriented and able to multitask in fast-paced environment
• Experience with clinic management software is an advantage
