DENTAL ASSISTANT

Part time/Full time dental assistant required in Yishun near Khatib MRT. Singaporean or PR only. With or without experience. On the job training will be provided but applicants with experience and knowledge in Excel/IT will be preferred. Working schedule will include at least one to two evenings and Sat morning sessions. Responsibilities

• To perform front staff duties such as patient registration, appointment scheduling, billing, and administrative support to ensure smooth clinic operations
• Preparing treatment room and assisting our Dentists and Dental Hygienists
• Maintaining clinic equipment, instruments and materials in good order
• Ensure high standard of infection control and sterilization
• Manage clinic inventory and ordering of stocks
• Liaise with government schemes (e.g., CHAS, Medisave for claims submission)
• Support and assist clinic manager with clinic accounts and financials.
• Any other duties that will be required of a dental assistant / front desk staff
