Job Summary

You will assist dentists during patient treatments, manage the reception area efficiently, and respond to patient enquiries to ensure smooth clinic operations and positive patient experiences.

Responsibilities

• Assist dentists by preparing treatment areas and supporting patient care during procedures
• Manage the reception area by organizing appointments, maintaining records, and ensuring a welcoming environment
• Respond promptly and clearly to patient enquiries to provide accurate information and support
• Collaborate effectively with team members to maintain smooth clinic operations
• Adapt to flexible work hours, including some weekends and nights, to meet clinic needs
