Job Description

Responsible for the reception of all visitors, patients and callers to the Clinic and create a professional and welcoming image for the clinic
Responsible for updating patients information and sending reminders for dental treatment
Responsible for gathering patients feedback forms and handling patient feedback
Clean and sterilize instruments, and prepare treatment rooms as needed
Ensure the appropriate supply of equipment and materials
Perform patient charting as instructed by the dentist
Welcome patients and get them situated in the appropriate treatment room
At least 2 years experiences
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Customer oriented
Positive attitude
