Job Summary
Join a friendly, fast-paced dental clinic in Orchard as a Dental Assistant. Support dentists in procedures, maintain infection control, prepare and sterilize instruments, and assist with scheduling and front desk tasks.
Responsibilities
- Assist dentists during various dental procedures to ensure smooth and efficient patient care
- Maintain high standards of infection control to safeguard patient and staff health
- Prepare and sterilize dental instruments following clinic protocols to ensure safety and readiness
- Perform routine maintenance and checks on dental equipment and instruments to ensure proper functioning
- Schedule patient appointments and assist with front desk duties to support clinic operations
- Adapt to additional tasks as assigned by the Clinic Manager to meet clinic needs
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Experience in dental assisting preferred training will be provided for candidates without experience
- Demonstrate teamwork by collaborating effectively with clinic staff to support patient care
- Use computer skills to manage scheduling and clinic records efficiently
- Communicate clearly and professionally with patients and team members to enhance service quality
- Work effectively in a fast-paced environment to meet clinic demands
