Roles & responsibilities
1. Reception work
- Handle patient enquiries efficiently & politely
- Improve sales through patient enquires
- Dispense medication & giving post treatment instructions
- Billing
- Coordinating & booking appointments
- Coordinating lab cases
2. Cleaning & sterilization of instruments
3. Assist Dental Surgeon in dental procedures
- Scaling polishing
- Fillings
- Implant & wisdom tooth surgery
- Root canal treatment
- Crowns
- Dentures
4. Housekeeping
- Stocktake
- Cleaning of premises
- Ensuring the clinic always operational
- Ensure treatment room is sufficiently stocked all the time
- Lab casting
Requirements
Personality
- Cheerful Hard worker - Willing to work OT in some situations Mature & understanding
- Team player - Willing to help colleagues out
- Willing to learn & improve
- Able to handle stress & take criticism
- Good communication skills -Able to communicate with team member & patients
- Sense of responsibility - hand over duties properly
Skills
- Basic knowledge of using computer
- Previous dental experience (added advantage)
- Training will be provided to those without experience
- Able to commit to 2 weekday nights & 1 weekend (either Saturday or Sunday) at least , occasionally both weekends
- Fluent in mandarin (added advantage)
