Your Profile:
. Able to work shift work including weekends and public holidays.
. Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in a professional kitchen, preferably in a hotel environment.
. Possess good knowledge of culinary techniques, food preparation, and kitchen operations.
. Strong teamwork, communication, and time management skills.
. Maintain high standards of cleanliness and food hygiene.
. Able to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
. A diploma or certification in Culinary Arts or Hospitality would be an advantage.
