Demi Chef & Chef De Partie
This is for one of our client in the F&B Industry

Location

  • Orchard Area (Mall Hours 10am-10pm)
  • T3 and T3, 24 hours (Shift rotations)

Work Days

  • 5 Days Work Week
  • 44 hours
  • Mon-Sun

Compensation

  • Salary Range: $2,400-$3,200


Job Description

  • Assist in supervising, coaching and guiding the junior team members in their daily work.
  • Regularly check for consistency in quality and standard of food
  • Involved in the preparation of mise-en-place and food production
  • Involved in daily recording of food wastage, ordering and receiving of stock, etc.
  • Conduct the month-end inventory stocks check
  • Suggest and discuss with the KIC on the ergonomic aspect of the kitchen operations to ensure a smoother and more efficient operational work flow
  • Assist in maintaining of the personal grooming and hygiene standard of the team
  • Assist in maintaining of the overall hygiene and cleanliness of kitchen and equipment
  • Any other appropriate duties and responsibilities as assigned by superior or Senior Management
