Job Description



Responsibility

  • Conduct Gap Analysis based on customers forecast.
  • Formulate a priority action list for Buyers to execute.
  • Implement effective Inventory Control to minimize exposure.
  • Work with Sales (Customer Services and Sales Managers) to manage inventory turnover in order to reduce aging stock.
  • Utilize system (ERP) capabilities to generate reports to facilitate efficient and effective data analysis.
  • Conduct regular (daily/alternate day) meeting/communication with Buyers to ensure all PR and backlog orders to vendors are processed without delay and status are updated in system for tracking/monitoring purpose.
  • Communicate effectively to co-workers on your instructions and harness the support and co-operations from cross functional teams.

Requirements
  • Minimum Diploma
  • Minimum 3 years experience in Material Planning
