Job Summary

You will manage stock allocation and inventory control to support van sales drivers in meeting sales targets. You will monitor stock levels, coordinate returns, update sales performance, and handle SKU listings on e-commerce and supermarket platforms.

Responsibilities

• Allocate stocks daily to van sales drivers using proprietary merchandise software to support sales operations
• Monitor warehouse stock levels and adjust allocations to meet van sales quotas and maintain healthy stock rotation
• Track and record returned stocks from van sales drivers in the inventory system to ensure accuracy
• Reconcile warehouse stock counts with stock drawdowns and returns to maintain inventory integrity
• Communicate effectively with van sales drivers to resolve operational issues and support stock movement
• Conduct regular stock takes at the warehouse to verify stock accuracy and prevent discrepancies
• Prepare and present weekly reports on van sales drivers targets versus stock levels and sales performance
• Manage listing and delisting of SKUs on e-commerce platforms and supermarket channels to maintain product availability
• Place weekly orders for fresh stocks to ensure sufficient supply for van sales to achieve sales targets
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by management to support business needs
