Your Impact
As a Demand Planner, you will be at the heart of our operations-driving precision, efficiency, and continuity across the entire production lifecycle. This is a high-impact role where your insights and planning directly influence productivity, cost optimisation, and supply reliability. You won't just analyse numbers-you'll turn data into decisions, ensuring the right products are produced at the right time, in the right quantities.
What You'll Do
- Forecast with Precision - Analyse historical data, market trends, and demand signals to develop accurate forecasts and align raw materials and crate supply with production needs
- Optimise Inventory - Monitor stock levels, manage inventory cycles, and ensure timely procurement to prevent shortages or excess
- Maximise Resource Efficiency - Allocate manpower, equipment, and materials effectively to drive productivity while minimising cost
- Drive Continuous Improvement - Partner with production teams to review SOPs, identify inefficiencies, and implement process enhancements
- Deliver Insightful Reporting - Compile and present performance reports on production specifications, quality, and consistency
- Champion Safety & Compliance - Uphold workplace safety, hygiene, and regulatory standards across all operations
- Ensure Quality Excellence - Maintain robust quality control processes and resolve any production or product issues
- Collaborate Cross-Functionally - Work closely with multiple departments to ensure seamless production planning and execution

Requirements
- Tertiary education in Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing Technology/Engineering, or a related field
- Experience or knowledge in meat processing operations and food safety regulations is an advantage
- Proficiency in production planning systems and ERP tools
