Come Join us in the Singapore office as Demand Planner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with business to update sales forecast on monthly basis, by interpreting and analyzing historical data, on-going projects, market information submit it to global demand for integration.
- Timely communication with supply plant when foresee unexpected upsurge and adjust purchase forecast whenever necessary.
- Replenish stock based on MRP running result timely, to ensure supply without shortage and control stock under a reasonable level.
- Place purchase order and follow up delivery, to payment include internal and external supplier, and drop orders.
- Daily communication with CS for allocation, supply issues or shortage.
- Material master data creation/extension request and follow up.
- Keep close work with regional purchase manager for new source, change supply, quality issues, etc.
- Any other indirect purchase contract/service for the sale office in SG
- Any ad-hoc tasks being assigned as and when the business requires for.
- Requirements
- Diploma or degree in business and / or Logistics / Supply Chain related education
- Experience: 3+ years of demand planning experience
- Ability to prioritize tasks and accomplish them in a detailed, timely manner
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly adaptable to changes
- SAP or similar system
