Job Description

  • Develop and maintain demand forecasts using historical data, market intelligence, and business insights.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, and Supply Chain teams to drive forecast accuracy and planning effectiveness.
  • Monitor inventory levels and recommend actions to optimise stock availability while minimising excess inventory.
  • Support Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) processes and participate in planning discussions with key stakeholders.
  • Analyse demand trends, forecast variances, and operational performance to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Work closely with regional and global supply teams to manage product availability and address supply risks.
  • Prepare planning reports, dashboards, and recommendations to support data-driven decision-making.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Logistics, Operations Management, or a related discipline.
  • Minimally 3 years of experience in demand planning, supply planning, forecasting, inventory management, or related supply chain functions.
  • Experience operating within a multinational organisation, preferably in healthcare, medical devices, pharmaceuticals, FMCG, or regulated industries.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience interpreting demand trends and business data.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems and planning tools, with strong MS Excel and data analysis capabilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while working effectively across diverse stakeholder groups.
  • Demonstrated experience supporting forecasting, inventory management, or S&OP processes.
