We are looking for aDemand Generation Representativeto join our team and help increase adoption of the AWS Cloud Platform. As a Demand Generation Representative, you will collaborate with the sales and marketing team to help build new business client leads, enter new client data, and assist with opportunity execution and follow-up. You will attend the AWS Sales Training and immerse yourself in Cloud Computing, Business Development, and Sales Acumen.
KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Drive lead generation initiatives to support pipeline growth and campaign objectives.
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, and third-party channels to identify, qualify, and nurture leads.
- Manage and follow up on newly generated leads from field marketing, events, and solutions campaigns (AI, Security, MSP).
- Conduct high-volume inbound and outbound outreach (calls, emails, webinars) to engage prospects and schedule meetings for Sales.
- Collaborate with the AWS DGR team to follow up leads and extend demand generation capacity.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and develop reports/dashboards to track KPIs, pipeline, and market insights.
- Improve outreach processes, including call scripts, email templates, and follow-up workflows.
- Support Webinar and virtual event execution.
- Engage with a specific segment of Singapore-based customers through Field Sales Activities to achieve Sales objectives.
REQUIRED SKILLS
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing and Communications, or Information Management.
- At least 2+ years of experience in Demand Generation, B2B sales, marketing, or partner team management.
- Have experience and knowledge of the GCR market and customer characteristics, and have experience working with these customers.
- Have a Sales Hunter mindset
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, Lead Generation & CRM tools & Analytics.
- Self-motivated, customer-obsessed, and demonstrate a strong sense of ownership.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Strong relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage directly with stakeholders at all levels, both internally and externally.
- Proven track record of successfully managing projects and stakeholders.
