Requirements:
- Minimum Qualification: Engineering graduates from Electronics/Instrumentation
- Experience: 12-15 years
- Must Know: DeltaV™ Process Control System (or PCS) Setup and Configuration for Oil & Gas, Petrochemical and/or Chemical industry
- Must Know: Third-party interfaces with DeltaV™ system. Interfacing with package vendor systems using various communication protocols
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical leadership to Projects with strong system and functional knowledge of DeltaV™ PCS, combined with project execution
. Contributingto the successful completion of assigned DeltaV™ Projects
. Abilityto identify clear decisions or recommendations that may emerge from meetingsand discussions
- Delivery of design and implementation of PCS with focus on CONTINUOUS process design, configuration, testing on EMR DeltaV™ internal system and Customer site system
- Delivery of design and implementation of various third-Party interfaces, design, configuration, testing on EMR DeltaV™ system and interface third-party package vendor systems over protocols such as Modbus, Profibus, OPC etc.
- Ensuring the compliance to the project quality standards
- Delivering project documentation & records
- Interacting/coordinating with cross functional teams of other global office to ensure consistency in project deliverables
- Accountable for project planning, efforts estimation, scheduling, scope implementation, efforts monitoring/control, progress reports, quality and reviews for assigned scope on the project, in EMR office until completion of FAT (or Factory Acceptance Test), and on site until completion of SAT (or Site Acceptance Test), and further support as required by the contract
- Responsible to engage with overseas country Customers and doing necessary project coordination with Customers, Engineering Contractors and/or Consultants
- Achieving cost & time targets for assigned scope
