Roles & Responsibilities:-- Lead end-to-end delivery of technology or data platform projects, ensuring successful execution and timely delivery.
- Oversee project governance, risk management, issue resolution, and progress reporting.
- Coordinate with multiple vendors and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project integration and delivery.
- Engage with stakeholders to align project outcomes with business objectives.
- Develop and drive knowledge transfer plans, ensuring effective documentation and capability building within internal teams.
- Monitor project performance, manage delivery risks, and recommend mitigation strategies.
- Foster collaboration across teams to ensure high-quality deliverables and continuous improvement.
Skills & Requirements:-- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in programm or delivery management for technology, digital transformation, or data platform projects.
- Proven experience managing multi-vendor environments and project governance frameworks.
- Strong knowledge of project delivery methodologies, risk management, and executive-level reporting.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience delivering projects within highly regulated industries or large enterprise environments is an advantage.
