Overview
We are seeking an experienced
Delivery Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery of enterprise-grade, global digital applications. This role requires strong technical depth, hands-on delivery leadership, and proven experience managing large-scale, complex application builds across distributed teams.
The ideal candidate is not a PMO profile but a technically strong delivery leader who has successfully built and scaled enterprise digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise-grade global digital applications (web, mobile, APIs, integrations).
- Own delivery accountability: scope, schedule, budget, quality, and risk management.
- Drive architecture discussions in collaboration with engineering and solution architects.
- Manage cross-functional global teams (engineering, QA, DevOps, UX, product, security).
- Ensure adherence to engineering best practices
- Oversee system integration with enterprise systems (ERP, CRM, IAM, payment gateways, etc.).
- Establish strong governance without being purely process/PMO focused.
- Manage stakeholder communication across business and technology leadership.
- Proactively identify and mitigate delivery risks.
- Drive release planning and deployment strategy for multi-region environments.
Required Experience
- 10+years of experience in technology delivery, with at least 5+ years in a Delivery Manager or similar leadership role.
- Proven experience building and launching enterprise-grade global applications.
- Strong technical background (prior experience as Developer, Tech Lead, Architect, or Engineering Manager preferred).
- Hands-on understanding of:
- Cloud platforms / Azure / GCP)
- Microservices architecture
- APIs and integrations
- DevOps and CI/CD pipelines
- Security and compliance for global applications
- Experience managing distributed global teams.
- Experience delivering large-scale digital transformation initiatives.
- Strong understanding of Agile / Scrum / SAFe (with practical application, not just governance).
Nice to Have
- Experience in high-traffic consumer or enterprise platforms.
- Experience managing multi-vendor delivery ecosystems.
- Knowledge of data platforms and analytics integration.
- Exposure to AI/ML-enabled applications.

- Pure PMO profiles with governance-only experience.
- Candidates without hands-on technical exposure.
