Job description:

We are looking for an experienced Delivery Manager to lead end‑to‑end delivery of technology programs for our clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of technology & proven customer‑management skills. This role requires close collaboration with customers, cross‑functional internal teams, and senior stakeholders to ensure high‑quality, on‑time, and on‑budget delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own end‑to‑end delivery of technology solutions and programs, ensuring adherence to scope, timelines, budget, and quality standards
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, building strong, long‑term customer relationships and managing expectations
  • Partner with engineering, product, QA, and operations teams to ensure seamless execution and delivery. Monitor project health, risks, dependencies, and proactively drive mitigation plans
  • Lead governance reviews, status reporting, and steering committee updates with senior stakeholders
  • Drive continuous improvement in delivery processes, tools, and best practices
  • Support pre‑sales activities, solution discussions, and delivery estimations when required

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Strong overall experience in technology delivery, including enterprise‑scale applications and platforms
  • Solid understanding of software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, Hybrid)
  • Proven expertise in customer and stakeholder management, including senior leadership
  • Experience working within the Financial Services & Insurance (FSI) domain OR Telecom industry.
  • Experience managing multi‑vendor, multi‑location delivery teams
  • Strong problem‑solving, escalation management, and decision‑making skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
