Delivery Manager

Responsibilities

. Lead project planning activities, including scope definition, resource allocation, and timeline estimation, to ensure alignment with project goals and objectives.

. Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and milestones, and track progress against project timelines to ensure timely delivery of deliverables.

. Identify and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies proactively, and escalate critical issues to senior management as needed.

. Facilitate collaboration and communication between cross functional teams, including mobile developers, backend developers, frontend engineers, etc to ensure alignment on project priorities, deliverables, and timelines.

. Monitor project deliverables and outcomes, ensuring adherence to quality standards and take corrective action as needed to address deviations from the project plan.

. Serve as the primary point of contact for project related inquiries, requests, escalation.

Skills/Requirement

. Proven experience in project management or delivery management roles, with a track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time and within budget, with at least 3 years of relevant working experience.

. Strong understanding of project management methodologies, frameworks, and best practices, including Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall, and the ability to adapt approaches based on project requirements.

. Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify risks, issues, and dependencies early in the project lifecycle and develop mitigation strategies to address them.

. Experience with project management tools and software, such as Jira, Monday.com, or Gitlab for project planning, tracking, and reporting.

. Passion for driving continuous improvement, innovation, and excellence in project delivery, with a focus on delivering value to customers and stakeholders.
