Technology Project Manager – Insurance Technology / Application Delivery
Role Overview:
We are looking for a Technology Project Manager with a strong background in Application Delivery Management within the Insurance domain. The role involves managing end-to-end technology projects, stakeholder coordination, delivery governance, and technology readiness for major transitions/Day 1 activities.
Mandatory Skills / Experience
- Strong Insurance domain experience with exposure to insurance applications / technology delivery.
- Proven experience as a Technology Project Manager / IT Project Manager / Technology Delivery Manager / Application Delivery Manager.
- Strong Application Delivery Management and end-to-end project/program delivery experience.
- Experience managing cross-functional technology teams across Applications, Infrastructure, Operations, Data, Security, etc.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, including senior stakeholders.
- Hands-on experience with project planning, milestones, dependencies, RAID, risk/issue management and governance.
- Experience in cutover, go-live, hypercare and operational readiness.
- Strong understanding of IT Service Management, including SLA/OLA, Incident, Problem and Change Management.
- Experience managing vendors/third-party service providers.
- Strong delivery governance, reporting and escalation skills.
- Experience in technology transition/separation/Day 1 readiness is preferred.
- TSA / M&A experience is NOT mandatory.
