About the Role
As an SAP Project / Service Delivery Manager, you will lead the end-to-end delivery of complex SAP projects and managed services, ensuring outcomes alignwith client business objectives. You will play a critical role in driving delivery excellence, stakeholder confidence, and team performance across the full project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage end-to-end SAP project or service delivery, ensuring scope, quality, timeline, and budget commitments are met
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client stakeholders, buildingtrusted relationships and managing expectations effectively
- Coordinate and lead cross-functional SAP teams, including functionalconsultants, technical developers, and BASIS resources
- Track project progress, proactively identify risks and issues, and implementmitigation plans to ensure successful delivery
- Ensure adherence to established project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall, as well as SAP delivery frameworks
- Drive continuous improvement in delivery processes, quality, and client satisfaction
- Prepare and present regular status updates, risks, and financials to senior business and IT stakeholders
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field
- 7-10+ years of experience in SAP project or service delivery, with a proven track record of delivering end-to-end SAP implementations or support engagements
- Strong leadership experience managing cross-functional SAP teams acrossfunctional, technical, and infrastructure domains
- Solid understanding and hands-on experience with project managementmethodologies including Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall
- Familiarity with SAP delivery frameworks and structured delivery approaches
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and risk management skills
Preferred Qualifications
- SAP certification or project management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2,Scrum Master)
- Experience managing multi-country or large-scale SAP engagements
- Exposure to SAP S/4HANA transformation programs
