Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Logistics & Transport: Safely operate a delivery vehicle to transport goods on assigned routes and meet tight delivery schedules.
• Navigation: Plan and follow optimal routes using GPS systems or local area knowledge to maximize efficiency.
• Customer Service: Interact with clients politely, resolve basic complaints, obtain delivery signatures, and collect payments when required.
• Vehicle Maintenance: Perform pre-trip inspections, keep the vehicle clean, and report any mechanical issues to fleet management.
• Compliance: Obey all local traffic laws & regulations, and company safety procedures.

Requirements & Qualifications

• License: A valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Physical Ability: Capability to sit for extended periods, navigate various weather conditions, and physically lift/carry heavy packages.
