Job Summary
We are a wholesale fruits and vegetables company seeking a committed Delivery Driver to safely deliver goods on time, handle loading/unloading and maintain vehicle upkeep.
Responsibilities
- Deliver fruits and vegetables safely and punctually to customers
- Handle goods carefully during loading and delivery to prevent damage
- Maintain cleanliness and perform basic upkeep of the delivery vehicle
- Assist with loading and unloading goods as needed
- Manage delivery schedules effectively to ensure timely arrivals
- Demonstrate safe driving habits to comply with road safety standards
- Maintain self-discipline and a positive attitude in daily work
Required competencies and certifications
- Possess a valid class 3 or 4 driving license
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Responsible and reliable work ethic
- Punctuality in managing delivery schedules
- Positive working attitude and self-discipline
Other Information
- Work location: Hillview
- Work schedule: 5.5 working days per week
- Overtime applies for hours beyond 44 per week
