ALPAQ Seafood Processing Pte Ltd is looking for a responsible and reliable Part-Time Delivery Driver to support our seafood delivery operations in Singapore.
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering seafood products safely, punctually, and professionally to customers, outlets, markets, and business partners. This role requires good driving discipline, careful handling of food products, and a strong sense of responsibility.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform delivery of seafood products to customers, outlets, markets, and business partners.
- Load and unload goods safely, ensuring products are properly handled during transportation.
- Check delivery orders, invoices, and supporting documents before dispatch.
- Ensure goods are delivered in good condition and within the required delivery schedule.
- Maintain cleanliness and basic upkeep of the assigned vehicle.
- Follow company delivery routes, customer instructions, and operational procedures.
- Report vehicle defects, delivery issues, customer feedback, accidents, or delays promptly.
- Support basic warehouse or operational duties when required.
- Comply with company hygiene, food safety, workplace safety, and customer service standards.
- Represent the company professionally when interacting with customers and partners.
Requirements
- Possess a valid Singapore driving licence, preferably Class 3 / Class 3A.
- Class 4 licence will be an advantage if required for company vehicle type.
- Prior delivery driving experience will be an advantage.
- Able to handle physical goods, including loading and unloading of seafood products.
- Responsible, punctual, and safety-conscious.
- Good driving record and careful driving attitude.
- Able to communicate clearly with the operations team and customers.
- Able to work according to rostered part-time hours, including early morning shifts when required.
- Basic understanding of hygiene and proper handling of food products will be an advantage.
Working Hours
- Part-time arrangement, based on roster and operational requirements.
- Expected working hours will be less than 35 hours per week.
- Working days and timing may vary depending on delivery schedule.
