Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and responsible Sous Chef to support kitchen operations including menu planning, recipe development, and event preparation. Maintaining consistency in work performance.

Responsibilities

  • Assist the Head Chef in overseeing kitchen operations to ensure smooth functioning.
  • Food preparation and kitchen execution for catering events (corporate, weddings, etc.)
  • Monitor the quality and consistency of food to ensure it meets our exacting standards.
  • Manage food safety, hygiene, and kitchen logistics
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned by management to enhance kitchen operations

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Sous Chef in catering, fine dining, or event-based F&B
  • Strong creativity in menu planning and visual plating
  • Ability to manage operations in fast-paced event environments
  • Food hygiene certification (WSQ or equivalent)
  • Excellent time management and communication skills
