Work Location: Near Joon Koon MRT
Working Hours:
- Monday to Friday: 8:00am to 5:00pm
- Saturday: 8:00am to 12:00pm
Job Responsibilities:
- Delivery & Driving Duties
- Perform daily delivery and collection of goods to customers and project sites.
- Plan and optimize delivery routes to maximize efficiency and reduce fuel and time wastage.
- Load, unload, and secure goods properly during transportation.
- Ensure timely and accurate delivery according to delivery orders.
- Conduct basic vehicle checks and ensure company vehicle is well maintained and roadworthy.
- Observe all traffic laws, road safety regulations, and company driving policies at all times.
Storekeeping & Warehouse Duties
- Receive, check, and verify incoming goods against delivery orders and invoices.
- Label, store, and organize inventory properly in designated locations.
- Issue stock according to approved requisitions and delivery orders.
- Maintain accurate stock records and update inventory system or stock cards.
- Conduct regular stock counts and assist in periodic stock takes.
- Monitor stock levels and report low stock or discrepancies to supervisor.
- Ensure warehouse and storage areas are clean, orderly, and safe at all times.
- Handle goods carefully to prevent damage or loss.
Safety & Compliance
- Follow workplace safety rules and standard operating procedures.
- Observe and comply with all workplace safety requirements and fire safety regulations.
- Support fire safety procedures and act as Fire Warden when required.
- Participate in fire drills and safety training.
- Ensure proper storage of goods in accordance with fire safety requirements.
Job Requirements:
- Possess a valid Singapore Class 3 driving license.
- With forklift license will be an added advantage
- Minimum 1 year of storekeeping or warehouse experience preferred.
- Experience in delivery route planning and route maximization.
- Knowledge or experience in fire safety procedures and Fire Warden duties is an advantage.
- Physically fit and able to perform manual handling of goods.
- Able to understand and communicate in basic English.
- Responsible, punctual, and reliable with good time management skills.
- Team player with a positive working attitude.
