Delivery Driver

About the Role

We are looking for a highly responsible, friendly and customer focused Delivery Driver to delivery our small items at customers homes and locations across Singapore.

This is a field based customer service role. You will travel together with our technical support executive to deliver small items across Singapore.

You will also support customer service with our technical support executive by visit customers, understand their concerns, inspect and document reported problems, and ensure that customers feel properly heard, supported and taken care of. The candidate must have a valid Singapore driving license.

You will be the face of the company in front of the customer, handling communication, managing expectations, explaining solutions, apologising when appropriate, educating customers on correct product usage and ensuring every service visit ends with a positive customer experience.

You do not need to be a technical expert. Your primary responsibility is to understand the customer's problem, accurately document it, coordinate with the technical team and make sure the customer is properly looked after.

Responsibility

- Delivery small items across Singapore.

- Maintain a record of all customer complaints and service cases.

- Follow up with the technical team on outstanding issues.

- Contact customers after service visits to ensure they are satisfied.

- Make sure promised actions are completed within the agreed timeframe.

- Escalate delayed or unresolved cases immediately.

- Ensure no customer complaint is forgotten or left without an update.
