Delivery Attendance

Job Description:

- Retrieve soiled laundry from customers and deliver cleaned laundry to hotel, restaurant, or commercial clients.

- Provide excellent customer service, handling questions, requests, or issues with professionalism and a friendly attitude.

- Ensure proper care of laundry during transport, preventing damage or loss, and making sure that all items are accounted for.

- Maintain accurate logs of pickups and deliveries, including customer signatures, laundry counts, and any special instructions.

- Follow assigned delivery routes efficiently and ensure all deliveries are made within the scheduled time frames.

- Adhere to hygiene standards when handling laundry, ensuring clean laundry is kept separate from soiled laundry.

- Report any issues encountered during deliveries, such as incomplete or incorrect orders, to the laundry facility and work to resolve them quickly.

- Keep the delivery vehicle clean and well-maintained, reporting any issues or malfunctions to management.

Requirements:

- Strong customer service and communication skills.

- Basic organizational skills for handling orders, paperwork, and delivery schedules.

- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

- Physical stamina to lift and carry heavy laundry bags and stand or drive for extended periods.

- Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods.
