The Role
Tesla Delivery Advisors guide customers from order to the moment they drive away in their vehicle. You own the customer experience through preparation, documentation, scheduling, and delivery day, ensuring every handoff is accurate, on time, and genuinely premium. This is a high-touch, high-ownership role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and cares deeply about getting the details right.
What You'll Do
Serve as the primary point of contact for customers preparing to take delivery of their TeslaGuide customers through all pre-delivery requirements, including documentation, financing coordination, registration, and any trade-in stepsProactively communicate order status, timelines, and next steps so customers always know what to expectSchedule and manage delivery appointments, balancing customer availability with vehicle readinessCoordinate with Sales, Finance, Logistics, and Operations to resolve issues before delivery dayMaintain accurate customer and order records throughout the delivery processUphold a consistently excellent customer experience under volume and time pressureShare feedback to improve local delivery processes and the overall ownership journeySupport the wider delivery team and take on related duties as needed
What You'll Bring
Strong customer-facing experience in a fast-paced, high-volume environment (retail, hospitality, automotive, luxury service, or similar)Excellent organization and follow-through, you can manage many active customers without dropping detailsClear, professional communication skills in person, by phone, and in writingComfort handling sensitive documents and coordinating financial or registration paperwork with a high degree of accuracyAbility to stay calm, solution-focused when plans changeConfidence learning and working across multiple digital systemsGenuine interest in electric vehicles and creating a memorable ownership experienceFlexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as business needs requireBachelor's degree or equivalent practical experienceValid driver's license, 2-year minimum with a clean driving record
