Roles & Responsibilities

• Perform deburring of metal parts by removing burrs, sharp edges, and imperfections.

• Polish parts using tools.

• Wash and clean parts after polishing to meet quality standards.

• Visually inspect parts before and after deburring highlight defects such as scratches, dents, or incomplete finishing.

• Assist in polishing and engraving.

• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the deburring work station.

• Ensure proper use of PPE and comply with all workplace safety rules and safety practices.
