Shift pattern: Work 4 days, Off 3 days, Work 3 days, Off 4 days
Day: 7am - 7pm or
Night: 7pm - 7am
Responsibilities:
- To lead a team of AE / Technicians to carry out all the debug related activities for Server & Rack products that tested failure during the production
- To test, analyze and perform troubleshooting on product failures and work back with customer & HQ / factory for improvement
- Diagnose the root cause of failure and isolate the components or failure modes
- Work with relevant parties for improvement activities
- Participate in the Kaizen activities
- To prepare and update Working Instruction if necessary
- To provide training over W/I to technicians
- To support the NPI Process and production on the mass run
- Participate in ISO activities (implementation & maintenance)
Requirements: - Min. Diploma in Engineering discipline with min 3 years relevant experience in Server/ Rack/ Manufacturing environment
- Ability to work with the customer & test/R&D/system teams
- Linux knowledge (preferably)
- Able to multi-task & work under pressure
- Good understanding of test & debug methods and concepts
- Knowledge of programming and debugging skills
