To providing indicative and firm pricing to debt market updates and investor feedback to aid in pitching and structuring.
Supports the preparation of high-quality pitch books and materials for client meetings and follow-ups.
Supports the preparation of regular market updates and pricing updates for clients.
Deal Execution
Support the overall deal execution aspects which includes market updates, book-building, demand canvassing, book-building, pricing and allocation of deals, roadshow/marketing/planning, operational settlement and preparation of case studies.
Assessment and underwriting of selective bond transactions.
Assist in portfolio management and be accountable for profit & loss of exposures, capturing and rectifying of bond trades accurately in accordance to existing-ly approved limits / internal policies and procedures and regulatory guidelines.
Monitoring of bond exposures and ensuring that hedges (where required) are appropriate with the overall trading strategy.
Supports the coordination of deal execution between all internal and external stakeholders and deal team members including the internal approval processes such as preparation of conflict clearance, debt underwriting approval memo, managing deal documentation and timeline.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business, or related discipline with strong academic performance
At least 1 – 3 years of work experience with exposure to handling of debt capital market transactions being a distinct advantage
High degree of Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel competency
Analytical background with strong attention to detail
Able to adjust work hours as per deal requirements and perform effectively under pressure
A team player who is highly motivated and achievement oriented
