Debt Recovery Executive - CK

Location: Central
Position: Debt Recovery Executive Job ID: 20041- CK
Salary: Basic up to $4,000 + bonus

Responsibilities:

-Assist in coordinating collection of customers accounts

-Call customer for payment and follow up on overdue payment

-Perform administration duties, enquiries, arrangement and monitoring of debts

-Performing debt recovery function on problematic loans accounts and other portfolios

-Negotiating repayment plans

- Inspection of equipment and house visit

- Arrange repossession and sale of vehicle / equipment

- Assist customer enquiries, monitoring of debts

Requirements:

-Possess a minimum O'level / Diploma in any discipline

-Preferably with 1 year working experience in debt management

-Possess initiative & the ability to work under pressure in a fast-pace environment

-Proficient in MS Office Applications

-Working experience in the banking industry is an advantage

-Good interpersonal & communication skills
