Our flagship product, OMAS, is currently the fastest-growing data and workflow infrastructure for the primary bond markets. As we accelerate our expansion, we are looking for an energetic, front-office financial professional to join our Business Development team in Singapore to help anchor our growth across the APAC region.
The Role
As a Business Development Associate based in Singapore, you will play a pivotal role in scaling our footprint. You will bridge the gap between traditional finance and cutting-edge technology, managing a portfolio of existing institutional clients while actively hunting for new capital market relationships across the region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Relationship Management: Maintain and deepen relationships with Singapore-based and regional institutional clients, ensuring high retention and satisfaction.
- Business Development: Identify and pitch to potential new corporate and institutional clients across the APAC debt capital markets.
- Product Adoption: Drive the onboarding and deep adoption of OMAS's advanced features and workflow tools within primary debt markets.
- Client-to-Product Feedback Loop: Gather market intelligence and client feedback; collaborate directly with our global product and development teams to shape the next generation of market infrastructure.
The Qualities We Are Looking For
We are looking for a self-motivated, team-oriented individual who thrives on ownership and fast-paced entrepreneurial challenges within Singapore's vibrant fintech ecosystem.
Experience & Skills:
- Industry Background: 2 to 4 years of experience within Credit Markets, Financial Services Sales, Syndication, or Debt Capital Market roles. Front-office experience is highly preferred.
- Market Knowledge: A solid foundational understanding of primary bond markets and fixed-income workflows.
- Communication Excellence: Outstanding interpersonal and presentation skills, with the ability to confidently pitch to institutional stakeholders and regional decision-makers.
- Languages: Professional working proficiency in English and Mandarin Chinese.
- Mindset: An entrepreneurial spirit with a passion for how technology is disrupting and improving traditional financial infrastructure.
