Our Deals Advisory Practice helps businesses realise the potential of their mergers, acquisitions and divestitures, and capital markets with a global network of industry experts coupled with data-driven insights. As the largest in Singapore, we provide faster growth, stronger capabilities, a competitive edge across the entire deal continuum, from strategy formulation, deal origination, transaction support and finance raising, to post deal integration and exit.
As an intern, you will have the opportunity to learn from industry experts and gain hands-on experience on deals to kickstart your career in investment banking, private credit, or private equity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with team members from deal origination to execution of live transactions, under the mentorship of the Directors, Managers and Associates.
- Support in identifying potential business opportunities and assist with the creation of pitchbooks
- Assist in building comprehensive financial models and performing financial analysis to support client strategic decisions
- Assist in crafting teasers and confidential information memorandum to market fundraising deals
- Attend trainings on private credit, financial modelling, office skills (e.g. best practices and MS Office shortcuts)
