Overall Key Responsibilities
- Provide support in executing business planning activities for the SEA CF team.
- Assist in coordinating projects and initiatives to enhance team collaboration.
- Help facilitate communication between the CEO and internal teams across Southeast Asia.
- Contribute to organizing and managing meetings and events, including preparation of materials and documentation.
- Support people-related programs and initiatives, ensuring effective implementation and communication.
- Leverage digital tools, including AI-driven solutions, to improve efficiency, reporting, and stakeholder communication.
Business Planning and Project Management
- Support the development, execution, and tracking of collaborative strategies within the SEA CF teams.
- Drive day-to-day efforts to progress initiatives, ensuring timely reporting and communication to stakeholders.
- Conduct analytical work to validate and support initiatives, such as analyzing deal flows and market trends.
- Collaborate with relevant teams to deliver a joint SEA CF marketing program that highlights deal successes and capabilities.
- Manage and optimize the team's professional presence on social media platforms (particularly LinkedIn), including content coordination and performance tracking.
- Utilize AI tools (e.g., for research, analytics, content drafting, and reporting) to enhance insight generation and decision support.
- Organize and prepare for quarterly meetings and the annual CF Away Day, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and tracking action items.
People Agenda and Communication
- Support the CF team to update, implement, and communicate L&D CF programs.
- Facilitate the execution of the secondment program across SEA countries.
- Support the ideation and implementation of critical people-related initiatives as agreed upon by SEA CF leaders.
- Use digital channels, including LinkedIn and internal platforms, to communicate people initiatives, success stories, and key updates.
Our Ideal Candidate
- 48 years of experience in business planning or a related role.
- Demonstrated experience managing or supporting professional social media presence, preferably LinkedIn (e.g., campaigns, content, analytics, or employer branding).
- Familiarity with AI tools and technologies (e.g., for data analysis, research, content generation or workflow automation), and interest in leveraging AI to improve ways of working.
- Self-driven and capable of independently managing multiple tasks.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in team environments.
- Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills, able to convey messages clearly and backed by data.
- Well-organized with excellent project management skills.
