Dealer (US Night Shift)
Responsibilities
- Part of the Dealing team
- Provide accurate and timely trade execution for clients for different products, including equities, options, futures and funds.
- Perform investigation of trade rejection and collaborate with other departments to resolve trade-related issues.
- Monitor market movement to conduct risk control and ensure compile with Company Compliance Policy and MAS Regulations.
- Keep up to date of key developments in financial markets, competition, and regulations, and assess the potential impact of these developments.
- Communicate with clearing brokers and other counter parties.
- As part of the integrated team, the Night Desk Dealer will have the opportunity to attend the office at different shifts
- Working Hours will mainly be 9pm to 6am HKT/SGT ; Monday to Friday.
- Other ad-hoc duties assigned by the supervisor and management.
Requirements:
- Degree in any relevant discipline
- Certifications in CMFAS M1A, M5, M6 and M6A will be an advantage
- Minimum 2 years solid experiences in relevant dealing experience in financial institutions or brokerage firms
- Willing to work shift and rotate between UK & US hours at times
- Able to work independently and as a team
- Good Command of spoken & written in Chinese, and English. You are required to work closely with stakeholders in our China office.
- Ability to work under pressure, with strong analytical, interpersonal skills, independent and detail-minded
- Familiar with ranges of product from Stocks, Option, Futures, Unit Trust.
