Job Description

Job Responsibilities
  • Support the company's proprietary trading activities using its own capital, primarily in exchange-traded futures and futures-related derivatives;
  • Perform execution and dealing activities, including order execution, trade booking, position monitoring and daily P&L tracking, under approved strategies and instructions;
  • Participate in OTC derivativesrelated activities, including execution support, pricing assistance and trade lifecycle management;
  • Execute trades in accordance with established trading strategies, risk limits and internal procedures, without a requirement to independently originate aggressive trading strategies;
  • Monitor market movements and key risk indicators to support proprietary trading and risk management activities;
  • Ensure all proprietary and OTC transactions are accurately recorded, reconciled and reported in compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements;
  • Coordinate with internal teams such as risk management, operations and compliance to ensure smooth and controlled dealing operations;
  • Perform other proprietary tradingrelated or internal support duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Engineering or related disciplines;
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in OTC derivatives, including execution, dealing, pricing support or trade lifecycle management;
  • Experience in futures execution, dealing or futures-related trading roles is preferred;
  • Exposure to a broad range of futures products will be an advantage;
  • Good understanding of derivatives markets and basic risk management principles;
  • Strong discipline, execution capability and compliance awareness;
  • Able to work effectively in a structured, process-driven and controlled trading environment;
  • Proficient in English and Mandarin Chinese, as the role involves communication with Chinese stakeholders and internal teams;
  • Understanding of the China futures and derivatives markets will be a strong advantage.
Preferred Qualifications (Optional)
  • Experience in futures companies, securities firms, banks or financial institutions, particularly within Chinese or international financial groups;
  • Professional certifications such as CFA or FRM are a plus but not mandatory.
Additional Information
  • This role operates under the company's proprietary trading framework, with a focus on execution, dealing and OTC derivatives support, rather than aggressive or high-risk trading strategies;
  • Trading authority, product scope and level of discretion will be determined based on the candidate's experience and internal arrangements;
  • The position is based in Singapore and supports the proprietary trading activities of the overseas subsidiary.
