An international law firm is looking to hire for their Debt Capital Markets team under one of the leading partners of the industry. With over 20 years of experience advising on capital markets transactions across APAC, you will have significant exposure to a wide range of DCM instruments and debt restructuring transactions. It is an amazing team with top of the market deals and great culture.

Qualifications

• Excellent Academics
• SG qualified, NQ-3 PQE
• You come from a local firm with a strong DCM practice
• Experience with advising on different instruments such as bank regulatory capital, sukuks and CNY-denominated debt products.
• If you are an NQ who trained with a DCM team but qualified in a different practice area, the partner is open to retooling and training.
