Our client is a top‑tiertechnology company seeking a Senior IT Support Engineer to support complex ITenvironments across end‑user systems and platforms. This rolerequires strong hands‑on technical expertise, excellentcommunication skills, and the ability to operate in a fast‑paced, enterprise‑level setup.
The Role
- Provide advanced IT support across macOS,Windows, and Linux environments
- Support and maintain complex ITinfrastructures in a corporate or enterprise setting
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and system issues across multiple operating systems
- Act as an escalation point for complex technical issues
- Support users with a high level of professionalism and clear communication
- Work with ServiceNow for ticketing, incident,and request management
- Perform basic network troubleshooting(LAN/WAN, DNS, DHCP, VPN concepts)
- Collaborate with internal IT teams to improve system stability and user experience
Your Profile
- Minimum 5 years of experience in IT Support within complex IT environments
- Strong hands on knowledge of: macOS Windows Linux
- Experience supporting enterprise end userenvironments
- Solid communication skills, able to engage with both technical and non-technical users
- Basic networking knowledge (trouble shooting and diagnostics)
- Experience working with ServiceNow or similar ITSM tools
