Database Administrator

Responsibilities

• Creating high-quality and available database systems
• Keep up with server migrations, configuration changes, and other implementations.
• Analyse and track root cause solutions.
• Creation of specifications and the formulation of database development specifications
• Establish best practices for database administrators, create and maintain maintenance schedules, and have the skills to monitor root causes and quickly fix any issues.

Requirement

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, computer science, engineering, or related field
• Solid fundamentals, of SQL statements and writing SQL statements.
• 3-4 years of SQL server database experience or database administration experience in a gaming industry or equivalent work experience
• Experience with any of the following: MySQL, Oracle, PostgreSQL, SQL Server, MongoDB
• Good interpersonal skills and communication with all levels of management
