About the Role
This position focuses on build the data backbone that powers global products. You'll design scalable data platforms, develop domain data models/products, and lead data governance to improve quality, consistency, and decisionmaking across the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain core data platforms and shared data layers to deliver stable, highperformance data capabilities.
- Partner with business teams to design domain data warehouses/models and ship reliable, userfriendly data products for analytics and operations.
- Drive companywide data governance: standards, metadata/MDM, data quality, security, and pipeline reliability; optimize data costs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's in CS/IT or related; up to 3 years relevant experience.
- Handson data warehouse development; solid grasp of endtoend lifecycle (ingestion modeling serving) with continuous optimization.
- Knowledge of data management & governance (standards, enterprise data modeling, metadata, MDM).
- Proficient with bigdata stacks; experience building batch/stream pipelines. Techs: Hive, Kafka, Spark, Flink, HBase (or similar).
- Fast learner with strong problemsolving and crossteam communication; effective English&Mandarin (written & spoken).
